Terrible service fro...
Terrible service from Vox and Vumatel… firstly Vox logged a ticket with Vumatel with the incorrect address… Vumatel went out to that address and then sent me a quote for a reinstall at that address… I queried it with Nadeem from Britelink MCT… they then said I had to relog the tickect with VoX… that was Tuesday it’s now Saturday, my internet has been off since last week Saturday and no one is will to assist Pathetic service indeed
