Terrible service

Everything was fine with Vox until I cancelled my contract because I was moving to another house. When I cancelled my contract, I was informed that somebody will get in touch with me to collect the router. Two months passed and I never received a call from anyone and now I'm getting billed for a non returned router whereas no one ever made any attempts to collect the router from me. This is unacceptable, I will not pay for a router that I don't need and that I am not using. I'm so disappointed I'm even thinking of cancelling the other line that I took for my new house, maybe changing to Vodacom or something.
