Terrible service

So I wish I had read the reviews before bothering to go with vox as I service provider. My hope is that if anyone else reads this do yourself a favor and don't bother with this company. So your fibre provider comes and installs a fibre line you contact the activations department (which is vox) then from there it is a complete nightmare. A week has gone by and I'm still waiting on my router and for them to activate my line. I'm about a ball hair away from losing my job which is online and they don't care. Long as they are making money right. So guys and girls do not ever consider using vox they are probably one of the worst service providers you will ever come across. Judging by the lack of responses the reviews have on this site they probably know just how bad they are as well.
