terrible service

good day

I am verry disappointed in the service i got form 2 of your consultants I they were very rude.

I spoke to 3 consultants the 1st one didn't want to help me update my cell number I had to beg her to transferer me to a different person as i needed to update my number to make a payment. she then sent me to a lovely lady that assisted me without and hustle and updated my number i then explained to her the type of service I received from her colleague, i then asked what are the steps to lay a formal complaint when she put me through to that department the lady by the name of naledi also didn't want to assist and hung up the phone on my ear if this is the type of service I'm going to get I will terminate my contract and I will never ever recommend vox to anyone becouse of the poor quality I received
