Terrible service at Vox

I have never experienced such **** service. It has taken us over 2 weeks to have an order sorted out that is still nowhere near sorted. The call center can not even give a concrete answer to a basic question. The so called contact person assigned to your order, is either on lunch or on a call and can never take your call and never calls back deapite countless messages being left. This is absolutely ridiculous.
