Terrible service and communication

The service is absolutely terrible. I have been waiting 3 days for them to come back to me with regards to a enquiery on mu account. I moved units in my complex and need an installation done, no feedback. They call me back but then put down the phone. Above that, I had a perfectly good account with them until someone called me and said that my premiums are going up and i can move to another service provider. I then accepted the offer and now when they send me messages saying that that service provider is not in my area, i can't get ahold of them. Please AVOID VOX.
