Terrible Service after Unsatisfactory Installation

Terrible, Account management at its worst. I recently app**** for fibre, the installation was done in an unsatisfactory way. I have lodged a complaint via VOX as they are my supplier. I had 2 responses from my Account Manager, however, the installer never pitched for the appointment they made. I am now trying to get a response to my mails and no replies. Vumatel installed the fibre and now I am totally lost as to whom to turn too. Worst is not getting a reply and being ignored.
