Terrible service

Business fibre line went down on the morning of the 5th January 2021. Reported to Vox. Have had to phone multiple times daily to try and get answers. Keep getting pushed from pillar to post with no concrete information. They do not keep you updated - you have to keep calling. Shocking service provider.
