TERRIBLE SERVICE

Absolute most terrible service EVER!!! Vox is quick to jump when you want to take out a new contract with them. Promises the world but when it comes to being there or assisting their customers, Vox is no where to be found. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VOX TO ANYBODY!!!!!!!! You can't even get hold of them, the phone just rings. Never answers any emails and when you lucky enough to get hold of someone no one knows how to assist you. Vox does not take liability for anything they do wrong & definitely not willing to assist their customers
