Terrible sales agents and overall service!!!
I have no words for this company! I've heard by the word of mouth that they sell IP cameras and a panic assistance app. Which is exactly what I need for my parents at home as they are old. I've placed the order yesterday. These guys didn't let me know whats going on even though I sent follow up emails and even called them.
I spoke to a guy, not sure of his name and he said there's another person seeing to my order and he will get them to call me back but still no call. What a first impression this company is making for themselves!
Not like I'm getting these items for sale but I am paying for it!
Highly not recommendable !!!

01 Jul 2021, 12:38I spoke to Melashyn Govender who said he will get on top of my order and sort it out from there. He also said that he will give me a follow as soon as my order is sorted out. When I logged into my client order page I see that you guys canceled my order without any reason 9r explanation!!!
Customes I urge to you, do not sign up with these people! They make you send them your docs and details and as soon as they get them they use it for their own reasons and will not give you a reason for their decision!!!
Do not support them, avoid disappointment and ****s!!!
