Terrible download speed
Vox after sales service is absolutely pathetic. They are too quick to process your order and get lines installed. Thereafter your debit supercede the service you actually paying for. As for the technical call centre, they have no clue how you assist and resolve an issue. My installation was done two weeks ago with a 1000 mps download and a 250bupload speed. Ever since, the best download speed I received was 80 mps. Technical team gave me a number and asked me to wait for someone to call me. It's now eight days and no one has called.
