Terrible customer support

Vox is terrible. I left Telkom as their service was terrible and have found Vox to be just as bad. Signed up with them 22nd June still have no wifi, my emails go unanswered. When I phone they say they will follow up and get back to me I hear nothing. I am very frustrated now.
