Terrible customer service from Vox Telecom Pretoria

Vox Telecom Pretoria Offices have the worst customer service ever. I had bought an existing business and the owner and myself requested for the Vox Account to be transferred to me from June 2024. To date this was not done, Vox Account managers Dean and Cyla could not even tell me who is my service provider or provide my business contract signed. My business line was disconnected and Vox advised I need to wait 6-8weeks to be reconnected. I sourced another service provider who assisted me in 1 day. Vox has actioned nothing since June and tried to make me sign a false declaration document stating I have the contract when I have not. Stay away from Vox to save headaches, their customer service is terrible resulting in loss of sales.
