Terrible customer service and overall experience

Dealing with Vox has been a nightmare.

It took almost 2 months to get my line set up. The previous tenant had not canceled their line and you cannot even provide a legal document to Vox proving you reside on the premises to get the line released so yours can be finalised.

After a month and a half, I requested for my order with Vox to be canceled. Two weeks passed and I had no response on the cancelation. I sent a follow up email and received a call and my line was setup then and there. Apparently it is that simple.

My problems didn't stop there. Suddenly my line went down. Someone late to the party at Vox canceled my newly set up line. It took 3 days of more calls to get up again with a very weak apology from the Vox team.

Since then I have moved and was told you cannot migrate your line by numerous live chat agents and that I would have to place a new order. At this point, I was recalling the previous issue getting setup with vox.

Well, it's been over half a month and I'm still waiting to get my line setup. I was prepared this time and made sure the previous owner got their line released (it was and is released) so I can have a smooth transition to the new place. I emailed Vox 6 days ago and then again two days after that, I have had no response.

So here I am writing a review based on my entire experience dealing with Vox after the first review outlining exactly the same above was reported and removed by Vox. After that disgusting and childish behavior, I'm canceling this new order and using another ISP.

I get that your hands are tied as Vumatel is the roadblock in this matter. However, only being able to escalate a matter marked as urgent after "72 business hours" is simply not being treated as urgent.

Ultimately, it comes down to Vox to get this sorted promptly. It's really the responsibility of ALL ISPs to get Vumatel to come to the table to make processing orders more streamlined. Simply put without ISPs Vumatel has no business...
