Terrible customer service

Terrible isp we have been without internet for the past 4 days... eventually they sent someone out but they couldn't get it fixed so they told us they'd be back the next day. They never came back and now we cannot get ahold of vox the minute we give them our reference nr the phone gets put down. And we are still without internet
