Terrible customer service

Vox provides one of the worst customer service experiences.

The technical support is almost non-existent - you only get the same scripted responses and simple solutions such as "rebooting", so we were always left to wait for connection and speed issues to resolve on their own.

The customer service regarding my account has been an absolute disgrace. I requested cancellation for 01 March 2024 as we are relocating; we would have signed up with Vox again, but we have decided to go with a competent provider instead. Vox terminated the account on 01 February 2024 - a month earlier than requested. We were promised a temporary solution of uncapped LTE for one month at Vox's expense; we are still waiting for this solution twelve days later. We have spoken to various support agents and even managers at Vox - all of whom are responsive and helpful in the beginning until they become aware of the situation, after which they become unresponsive as they do not want to provide a free solution for their mistake.
