Terrible customer service

I have had no internet connection for 7 days now. I have called the Vox call center about 30 times and all they can do is to tell you to unplug and plug in the 2 boxes. Then they blame Vumatel (the FTTH provider). They have made ZERO effort to resolve this issue. They give some jargon about this and that needs to be done, but I CANNOT do it! They need to send a technician to me! Fine, this will be in the next 24 to 48 hours. Next day, same story. Another 24 to 48 hours. Vumatel finally sent a technician and we established that is it is probably the Vox router that is not working, as the internet works if you plug the laptop directly into the Vuma box. However, this morning, after getting to work at 5am to catch up on some work, the Vumatel box isn't working. Guess what, it will take 24 to 48 hours to resolve! So if i am lucky, i will have internet connection by mid March. This is totally unacceptable service. It seems the call center agents are in no hurry to sort your issue out and management must have the same attitude. I am sure they dont care if i change service providers? Their service sucks! There is no other way to explain it.
