Terrible customer service

Customer service sucks. I contacted vox and said our internet is off at home. The consultant informed me there has been a few calls from our area but he will look into the matter. I asked him to please contact my husband as my husband works from home . Well typical vox no call received internet still off and the worst part is the vox chat is closed until tomorrow morning.
