terrible company, get WiFi somewhere else

honest most useless WiFi company ever, your assistance is poor and your network even more terrible and then you want to charge an arm and a leg our WiFi has been out the whole day, I can't get a hold of ANYONE at Vox and NO INDICATION on when the network will be restored ... honestly close your doors because your service is almost at goverment level!! absolutely terrible !!!
