Terrible after sales service

VOX Telecom have given me woefully support ,if you can call it support ! I suggest if you want a decent ISP with decent support steer clear of VOX. Logged a ticket with them more than a week ago,they closed it without informing me and still the problem persists. At every more I make on Hello Peter they get the post removed (shame on you Hello Peter) Clearly they are worried about feedback but do not act on it. You have been warned stay clear of VOX if service is important.
