Terible service

They blacklisted me for R133 that I did not even know about for a stupid absamail email address that I used to have and cancelled many years ago but now according to them I am blacklisted on the national credit bereau as well and not only with Vox but when I check on the clearscore website and the national credit bureau website, my credit record is right up, almost at the top of the charts. So now I can't get Fibre as they are saying I am blacklisted and nobody is getting back to me.
