Telkom is the *****ing over Vox

Since December 2019 I've received horrible LTE speeds. I LOVE Vox however Telkom I completely hate to the depth of my core, just like all the other SOEs I belive Telkom is a sinking ship and the captain has Jumped Ship and nobody knows they left.

Since I went from Vox Cell C lte to Vox Telkom LTE I've recieved Horrible download speeds and yet my upload speeds are 3 times faster. I pay R500 a month for capped LTE and get 0.5 mps download speeds where someone in Parow north gets R500 a 10meg uncapped.

I've called in multiple times for assistance however I recieved to feedback from Telkom only one call to do trouble shooting and after that no follow up.

I've done all the troubleshooting multiple times and still received no diffrence. Does Telkom even care about the lower income people. We pay the same for less as the privaliged people on the other side of the tracks.

So telkom fix the LTE in Elsies River. It's an Social injustice what you are doing to the lower income class of my community.
