Technicians interfering with fibre line without informing me and no connectivity as a result.

fibre was working until technicians parked on my driveway this morning and disconnected for no reason and did not inform me. account is up to date and there should be no reason for the disconnection. called to inform VOX, got a ref vox***9 and was told someone will attend between 1 to 2 hours time. its now 2 hours later i make another call and was told it will be attended to yet the connectivity issue is not resolved.
