I have just recently moved to Vox and the experience so far has been amazing compared to where I am coming from. I had a bit of an obstacle with configuring my router and I called the Vox team and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Tebogo. What a helpful, patient and client-centric gent who knows how to manage between his technical skills and customer service. Thanks Vox and Tebogo I am super excited.
