TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUCKS!

I'm starting to regret joining Vox. The joining part was easy, but getting technical support when something isn't working?? Impossible!!! First they said an agent will be with me shortly on whatsapp, it's been 13 hours.... nothing. Then I called and they hung up the phone in my ear the first time so I called a second time. Now I'm trying to get a hold of them again....NO ONE is working in technical support. Absolute poor service....
