Talk about customer experience, Pfarelo Madadze

I was on the verge of cancelling my dealing with Vox, being transferred from pillar to post without any solutions but just more drawbacks. 4 days with no access to internet, i then had an opportunity to be assisted by Pfarelo , she give me her word that she will fix my issue, within a couple of minutes my daughter was watching her cartoons, I cannot thank you enough... Talk about customer experience.
