Taking unauthorized payments for no service delivered

I should have read Hello Peter before taking any service from VOX.

I went through a nasty experience in the last 2 months where I had to cancel my fiber and then they wanted to offer a substandard LTE option that I never agreed upon or signed for or for that fact never received but they like to take your money without your authorization.

Whether you speak to the normal call center agents or managers it is all the same thing. They do not give feedback or keep you informed of any situation.

After speaking to Evotel who is working with VOX and explaining my situation they are very sympathetic whilst on the call afterwards again no feedback.

I have asked many a time to confirm that the LTE deal is cancelled and that I am not interested in the offer and have received one mail from them to confirm, then out of the blue the courier company phones me that they want to deliver the devise I have said to them in no uncertain terms that the deal is cancelled and I will not take delivery of the devise.

But yet I am paying for the devise(Again not authorized) at a address that I am not residing at.

I am still waiting for feedback on this matter, lets hope posting on this form will wake them up.

I will never recommend VOX
