taking another month fees because of a day.

I sent a request to vox today to cancel my fibre , they come back to me to say i still have to pay one more month subscription because i should of cancelled on the 1st of the month.the 1st was on Sunday. so i will not be using thier fibre but have to still pay for the full month . the is bulls*!t.
