Suspicious rejection with my ID being rejected when I upload it!!

Are you insane? I signed up for a data sim and router. When I upload my ID for Rica purposes I get a persistent message that my ID verification has failed with Home Affairs!! *** has Home Affairs got to do with Rica? I've opened numerous accounts and recently another bank account with no problems. But you tell literally that my ID is non existent......!!! Reading all these reviews I doubt I could ever trust you. You have infuriated me with my ID number being rejected-you're ****ing mental man!!!
