Suspension of service after payment
I made payment to my account using my correct reference number on 11 September 2022, but to my surprise Vox suspended my service on 13 September 2022 ,Why?

Kindly note that we have escalated your complaint to the accounts team for assistance.
Please note that payments may take up to 24 hours to be allocated, to your account. Allocations will not be done on a Sunday , If not allocated in time it might still be suspended.
A proof of payment or immediate EFT payment will not lift a suspension on your account until the payment has been allocated.
To avoid unnecessary delays in activation of services, we urge you to make use of the Vox Customer Portal or Vox App to make payments for Cash Accounts.
We furthermore recommend that you consider a Debit Order payment method instead of a Cash Payment.
