Suspending email domain
Vox suspended our email domain without any notice. We terminated their services during Jan 2017 and despite our contract being a fixed term contract which had expired by then, they invoiced us for cancellation fees. We requested details during May 2017, heard nothing, and a few days ago they suspended our email domain- cutting off all communication to and from our business. Their conduct is fairly poor and not professional at all.
