Surely there is something better in the market

Total utter nonsensical service really. Moving homes shouldn't be this difficult. "Order has been delivered" where? No one gets back to you then you get a notification saying you are activated.. how? When? I still don't have any wifi in my house but yet I got a billing notification. For what services rendered? Please do enlighten me
