Supsension without notification - horrible behaviour
We missed 1 month payment by mistake and got suspended without even getting a reminder or a notification. As I am a professional and require internet access we have not choice but to change provider. You need to fire some people in your company.

23 Nov 2024, 13:22Paid that missed month yesterday. It has been 4 days without internet and if not fixed by Sunday we will change to Afrihost Monday morning after 10 years with you guys.
