Support does not know what they are doing.
Been sitting with an issue with my line speed. And after several support tickets this has still not been resolved.
Their support stuff do NOT know what they are doing as i get asked the same questions every time.
It then gets "Escalated" to which they say nothing is wrong.
@the vox representative. can you help me get this resolved.
