Super ****ty service from this pathetic service provider

Hi,

I want to express the utter **** service we have received from Vox/evotel. We have 3 downtimes a week, where the internet is either not working or we dont have internet at all. Secondly we had a breakin on the 22nd of May, we have been waiting for a simple report stating the router has been damaged and up to now we have not received it. When we call we have very unhelpful staffmembers on the other side - promising that we will receive it but never do. When speaking to the managers - you are wasting your breath and your airtime. Not to mention we updated our address a year ago and it is still reflects our old address..PATHETIC Super dissapointed in this no service service - provider!!!! So a big NOOOOO if you were thinking of joining.
