SUPER, SUPER, SUPER BAD SERVICE!!!

Vox Telecom your service is pathetic. This is not my first complain but I`m going to make sure this 1 counts. Today 5 April 2024 at 15h30 I phone to find out why the satellite system that I have is not working properly. It`s like the signal drop every 2 min. First when I phoned I was first in line but it took the guys more then 5min to answer my call. Then when they answered they informed me that my system was off. Which didn`t make sense to me because I was working on it but the signals drops. After a while he informed me that a technician must phone me to sort it out. I got a REF NUMBER: VOX ***1 I ask how long it will take for them to phone me back, He said 3 hours+, well it`s now 20h53 and still no phone call. VOX your service to your customers is super bad. And to crown it all not once have you change your behavior to me as you customers, It`s like it`s not important to you. Just another customer complaining.
