Super fibre with super service!

We went over to fibre about 4 months ago with Frogfoot providing the fibre line and using Afrihost as the ISP. From day one we experienced very unstable fibre with latency spikes as high as 120ms at times. Tried reaching out to both Frogfoot and Afrihost on numerous accounts with little or no success. Eventually, after complaining in a public forum on Facebook I did get Frogfoot's attention who said that the fault was on Afrihost's side. Afrihost kept saying that the fault was on Frogfoot's side. Long story short, a guy by the name of Alex Morisson from VOX saw my post on Facebook and reached out to me. The level of service and support I received from Alex and other VOX support agents was amazing, even though I wasn't even a customer yet. Long story short, my fibre was switched over to VOX today (*after almost 6 years of being a loyal customer to Afrihost) and all my latency issues have been resolved! The only thing better than my fibre speeds and the speed of my application is the level of service and support I have received from VOX. Super company with super service!
