Substandard service at Vox telecom.

I struggled over sometime with the speed of their internet. I am writing this review my speed is at 2/15. This speed cannot even push YouTube on my smart TV. The situation got worse after I told them I am terminating my contract with them. They throttle the internet speed such that at their minimum speed you are connected but there's no internet. This is almost like a permanent state of their service. If you have children who use internet for their education related matters, Vox telecom should not even be a consideration.
