STOP IT !!!!
I signed up as a new client yesterday.<br> <br> About 3hrs after receiving an activation email and sms I setup my router which wouldnt connect using the credentials given. I am not an IT newbie and have qualifications in IT so its not a case of a stupid client.<br> <br> I emailed a request in as I couldnt make phone calls as I would disturb my 6mnth old son who was asleep by now.<br> <br> So about 30m later the connection is successful and I email the support desk this and I received an acknowledgement saying \ok"So"
