Still waiting for VOX technician to configure router over a week
Frogfoot has installed the fibre router has been delivered but configuration not done, have called VOX and tickets logged and yet to see a technician. Can I not do this myself? apparently only vumatelcan do self installation. Tickect was logged on the 3rd and I am still waiting today!!!
