Still waiting for installation & activation

Two weeks later, despite have an account, placing order for new internet on 5th August 2019 I still don't have internet. The service provider informed me yesterday after numerous calls, e-mails and messaging the business partner that my order now lies with Openserve. Since I don't have a order number, I cannot engage Openserve. Still ***** street as to when installation and activation will be executed.
