Still waiting for feedback

Good afternoon

I am not one to go to social media to be heard but I really dont know who else to speak to. I have emailed every possible email address I could find to try and get an update on my router installation. I have dealt with so many people and they keep telling me the installations team will be in touch with me but this was weeks ago. I will not mention any names but I was dealing with a lady that never gets back to me when I write to her just wanting a simple update. VUMA have installed my CPE box but everyhthing has come to a stand still from there. All I want is an update on my router installation and when to expect them to arrive.
