Stick to the cancellation!
Please release the ONT and refund what was paid for August, I will not anymore go back and forth! My internet doesn’t work and when I called the person who answered doesn’t seem to know how to help me, he advised my services are not provisioned.
I’m tired with Vox and will not argue with anyone, could you please release ONT and leave the services deprovisioned and cancelled like that.

01 Aug 2024, 09:54So I was told the services have been restored on the 26th June for nothing? I did get a call and he realised the issue is on openserve side, ont has not been activated. My request is that this remains inactive then and leave original cancellation as was, and I’m saying this because as it is, it looks like the initial cancellation completed and nothing has been restored. And now you are going to charge me your fees for my end of August cancellation that I logged, we would rather not give me service for the month of August. I’m already unable to work and have made alternatives that costs me money while I have paid Vox for august in full and on time!
