Stepping on a frog could be sooooo bad

What a terrible experience. We got advise to get Vox for our home wifi. The sales went smooth and easy. But after the sale was done it's a never ending story to wait on any reply. I asked 3 times today to just give me the correct qoute for wifi extenders, after the promise was there that they wifi receives for 30m......mmmmhh not true. Any way. When the lady came out for the extenders she said it's R2000 if you buy them. When I got the account it was R2676 for the extenders. When I ordered it directly from their website the end amount came to around R1700. This whole experience was so frustrating. You phone them and they make a lot of promise but that's where it ends. The what's app help page is so slow. They take 30 to 40 minutes before anyone comes back to you.
