Had my device delivered and after plugging in I saw that there is no service I immediately emailed Vox to assist. No service was received. I emailed numerous times and tried to call to no avail. I then decided to cancel the service I have not revived and after a few attempts I was called to inform me that the device will be collected. I received a bill for over R2000 for cancellation. What service did I receive?None. I'm very disappointed with the no service. Photos and all were sent but no response.
