Steer clear of Vox Telecom if you want fibre to the home

<p>I got in touch with Vox Telecom late October. They then contacted Frogfoot to connect my home to the fibre network in our street. After waiting for weeks, I had no word from Vox or Frogfoot. I then had to chase up with Frogfoot myself to get fibre infrastructure connected to my home; Vox seemingly had no urgency with following up with Frogfoot. Now that Frogfoot have connected me finally middle of last week, I now sit and wait for Vox to install the modem. I phoned Vox today and the sales agent literally said to me he has no idea about what happened to Vox coming to connect me. What's worse, is that the sales agent said he would phone me back but then didn't. Vox are a joke. Wish I didn't go through this process with them. </p>
