*****ing money from me - Lying to customers - terrible service - No transparency!

I have never been so disgusted by a service before I will never recommend your service to anyone due to the appalling service you guys have given me - Your Salespeople lies and withheld important information.

Your customer service is terrible - When my story was finally escalated to one of your managers I received excellent service from her over the phone, unfortunately, she has not actioned what she said she would or kept any of her promises

You are *****ing my money and I will take this further !!!
