*****ing customer's money for nothing

I give them a solid 0/10. We got a month-to-month contract with them in June 2020. When we went onto the portal to cancel the contract now, due to us moving, there was a fee on our account for installation, which we never needed because when we moved in there was already a fiber connection installed. Upon phoning them to find out why this fee is on our account, they told us that it is because we are wanting to cancel our MONTH-TO-MONTH contract before the 12 month period... therefor they charge a cancellation fee. Once again, this was never ever mentioned to us when signing up with Vox, and it is also not stated anywhere in our contract with them. They also just pull up their shoulders when we explained this to them. I will never recommend Vox to anyone, they are a bunch of ********* people who ***** money.
