STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM VOX

Vox is a nightmare! I cancelled my account with Vox because i was moving premises, since they refused to relocate my line to the new premises. after cancellation, i got a call from a lady by the name of Lee asking for my address and i advise that i will email it to her and i did that was in January this year. They never came to collect the black box they wanted. Jiki Jiki on monday i get a statement that says i owe R2000 and I am being charged NON RETURN ROUTER and NON RETURNED UPS, hehehehe who ever is handling their accounts must be high on drugs. The most disturbing about all of is this, is that they never help you when you phone, you will hold for an hour using your own airtime and still get zero help. Oh one more thing when i sent them and email explaining to them that they are the ones that never fetched the UPS, they responded with an email with a waybill number stating that they will come collect THEIR HARDWARE TODAY, without even consulting me!!!! They couldn't pick up the phone or send an email to check my availability? SHOCKING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
