Stay Far Far Away from Vox.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Rude operators... Constant outages... Extremely slow turnaround... Wrongly debited 3x normal amount...
I'm canceling my account...I wouldn't touch this company again with a 20ft pole
